全自動磨拋機特點:連續磨(mó)拋機主要用於板材(cái)的研磨拋光,該係列設備(bèi)有9-24頭規格,結構合理,性能穩定,運(yùn)行(háng)效率高。控製係統先(xiān)進,采用了(le)PLC控製,帶有觸摸顯示器,實現了智能化控製。
1.該係列設備采用具有專利的磨盤座加膠(jiāo)墊,磨料在板材上增加彈性,使磨料損耗低,不易碎板,減少更換磨料的頻次,使用壽命長,故障(zhàng)率低,效率(lǜ)高等(děng)優點。
2.輸送帶選用(yòng)品牌,厚薄(báo)均勻一致,保證板材厚度(dù)基本一致。
3.輸送帶運行和橫梁擺動可以通過變頻器來調整速度,根(gēn)據需要實現變速控製。
4.橫(héng)梁是通過直線軌導向,性能穩定(dìng),加工精度高。
5.本設備消耗功率低,使用成本低,磨拋效率高,操作方(fāng)便(biàn),維(wéi)護簡單等優點。
