本機最大（dà）優點（diǎn）：
1.磨頭（tóu）與軸是連接盤連接，電氣可控製磨頭正反方向旋（xuán）轉，可（kě）以定期更換磨頭旋轉（zhuǎn）方向，進（jìn）而對磨頭主軸和刀頭減少磨損，延長易損件使用壽命。
2.進（jìn）板檢（jiǎn）測開關由原來的機械開關不斷改進為電（diàn）子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢（jiǎn）測開（kāi）關的使用（yòng）壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板全封（fēng）閉設（shè）計（jì），對（duì）直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。
