QLZMJ-6型全自（zì）動連續荔枝麵機，可更（gèng）換磨頭用於板材拋光、水洗仿古選（xuǎn）擇，本機控（kòng）製係統采用先進的（de）PLC，觸摸顯示（shì）屏，全智能化控（kòng）製。輸送帶連續運行（háng）方式，橫梁直線軌（guǐ）擺動運行，加工精度高，性能穩定，操（cāo）作簡單（dān），全自動化控製石板（bǎn）一次成功通過完成，該係列產品具有（yǒu）仿形功（gōng）能，雙氣控（kòng）製，板（bǎn）材厚薄（15MM-80MM）都能加工，不易破板。
本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連接，電氣可控（kòng）製磨頭正反方向旋轉，可以定期更換磨頭旋轉方向，進而對磨頭主軸和刀頭減少（shǎo）磨損，延長易損件使用壽命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來的機械（xiè）開關不斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率（lǜ），從而減少（shǎo）開關的損壞，增加檢測開關的（de）使用壽命。
3.側（cè）梁采用鋼板全封閉設計，對直線軌（guǐ）和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。
4.設有自動（dòng）和手（shǒu）動切換（huàn）功能，任意控製磨頭（tóu）升降，操作靈活。
5.可選擇配置磨光、水洗仿古功能。本機消耗（hào）功率低，適用於各種花崗石、大理石的表麵荔枝麵工藝加工，以每小時加工40-80平（píng）方的速度，提（tí）高產量（liàng），降低生產成（chéng）本。

1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
5.Optional polishing and washing antique functions. This machine has low power consumption, and is suitable for the processing of litchi surface on various granite and marble surfaces. It can process 40-80 square meters per hour to increase output and reduce production costs.
