本機最大優（yōu）點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤（pán）連接，電（diàn）氣（qì）可控（kòng）製磨頭正反方向旋轉，可以定（dìng）期更換磨頭旋轉方向（xiàng），進而對磨頭主軸和刀頭減少磨損，延（yán）長（zhǎng）易（yì）損件使用壽命。
2.進板檢測開關（guān）由原來的機械開關（guān）不（bú）斷（duàn）改進為電子檢測開關（guān），更提高了進板的準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢（jiǎn）測開關（guān）的使（shǐ）用壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板全封閉設計，對直線軌和齒（chǐ）輪起到很好的（de）保護作用（yòng）。

1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. 2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
