本機最大優點：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤（pán）連接，電氣可控製磨頭正反方向旋轉，可以定期更換（huàn）磨（mó）頭（tóu）旋轉方向，進而對磨（mó）頭主軸和刀頭減少磨損（sǔn），延長易損件使（shǐ）用壽命。
2.進板檢測（cè）開關由原來的機械開關不斷改（gǎi）進為電子檢測開關（guān），更提高了進板的準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢測開關的使用壽命。
3.側梁采用鋼板全（quán）封閉設計，對直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。
4.設（shè）有自（zì）動和手動切換功能，任意控製磨頭升降，操作靈活。

The biggest advantages of this machine: 
1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life. 
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch. 
3.The side beam adopts the fully enclosed design of the steel plate, which plays a good role in protecting the linear rail and the gear.
4.With automatic and manual switching function, arbitrary control of grinding head lifting, flexible operation.
