1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連（lián）接，電氣可控製磨頭正反方向旋轉，可以定期更換磨頭（tóu）旋（xuán）轉方向，進而對磨頭主軸和刀頭（tóu）減少磨損，延長易損件使用壽（shòu）命。
2.進板檢測開關由原來（lái）的機械開關不斷改進為電子檢測開關，更提高了進板的準確率，從而減少開關的損壞，增加檢測開關的使用壽命。
